Founded in 1999 in Baltimore, The Players Band is an all-star ska and reggae collective featuring members of The Pietasters, Jah Works, Bumpin Uglies, Scotch Bonnets, and Unity Reggae. With a powerhouse horn section and multiple vocalists, they’ve become a cornerstone of the East Coast ska scene. Following their latest full-length SKAZILLA!, the band returns with DUBZILLA!... a limited-edition dub 7″ on Escape Hatch Records. The release features Victor Rice’s re-imagined dub of “Dub Land” from SKAZILLA! plus a brand-new Tom Petty cover, “You Don’t Know How It Feels,” transformed in dub by Roger Rivas (The Aggrolites).
Available on transparent red and blue vinyl.
